ABOUT BEULAH ON THE ROAD
We want to bring the Beulah Beach –located on Lake Erie near Vermillion OH - camp experience to you! Kids who have completed kindergarten through 6th grade are invited to attend camp from 9:00 AM through 4:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday. This week will be packed with activities and fun such as: dunk tanks, crazy songs, sports, hilarious skits, blow up toys, and Beulah Beach’s Rockwall! The staff is dedicated to providing a safe and encouraging environment for every camper. Every part of camp is programmed and supervised by energetic and responsible college-aged counselors and activities staff!
God is not boring and we don’t think camp should be either! The philosophy of camp ministry is to show every camper that being in love with Jesus and having a relationship with Him is the coolest, most amazing, fun thing in the world! We put a staff in front of your kids that is on fire for Jesus Christ! Every day, your camper will get to be a part of a “mix”, group discussions with their counselor, and that’s just the start of it! Every single aspect of camp is programmed to make Jesus’ name greater.
Free Family Night Out!
Dunk your Dad in the Dunk Tank! Watch your Mom climb the Rock Wall! Play all kinds of games!
Kids of ALL ages are welcome 6:00-7:30PM, Monday, June 11!

BEULAH ON THE ROAD - FAQs
WHAT TIME DO I DROP OFF/PICK UP MY CHILD?
Drop off is between 9:00 and 9:30 A.M. Pick up is promptly at 4:00 P.M. If an adult other than the parents of a child are picking up, please fill out an “alternate pick-up form” located at the registration table
WHAT SHOULD I PACK FOR MY CHILD?
Each child should come to camp with a bag/backpack containing:
- Bathing suit (modest for girls)
- Beach Towel
- Water bottle
- Change of Clothes
- Sack lunch
They should also come wearing shoes or sandals that are play friendly and can get soaked! Make sure to label all of your children’s belongings too.
WHAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP?
Online registration forms MUST be completed before camp starts.
https://bbeach.campbrainregistration.com/ We encourage early registration as camp space is limited and has been filled to capacity and registration has closed in the past.
The cost of camp is $85 $40 and paid directly to Trinity Evangelical by check or cash. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. Please make note of which camper is to receive credit for payment.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY CHILD HAS MEDICATIONS?
All medications are to be checked in during registration. Our staff will assist in administering medications to campers while they are with us. Please be sure to fill out the Medicine Authorization form online.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
Each day campers will participate in songs, skits, and dances to get their blood pumping! We have activity blocks that include water games, climbing the Rockwall, demolishing best friends in a jousting competition, and many more activities outside! As a midday rest, we watch a portion of a movie. We finish the day off with worship, a skit, and a message learning about what being a Christian is all about and how we can make Jesus our best friend. We finish the day off with more dancing and silly skits during Pick-Up time.
HOW DO I REQUEST MY CHILD TO BE PLACE WITH A FRIEND/RELATIVE?
When you register for camp, there is a friend request section on the form so that campers can be with their siblings and/or friends. We do everything we can to make sure every camper is grouped with their requested friend.
WHAT DO I DO IN ORDER TO PICK UP MY CHILD EARLY?
We would love for children to stay all day every day, but we do understand when a camper has to leave early. We’ve created an early release form that needs to be filled out by the parent AT MORNING CHECK-IN. This form will be available every day at the registration table. Our Camp Director will be ready to assist in bringing your child to the registration table at the time of early release.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE CAMP CHECK-IN/OUT
It will be a party! You can anticipate staff members jumping up and down, excited that your child is finally at camp! When you arrive at the church, you will check in at the registration tables. Your child will then enter a line to be introduced to the entire camp by name. Counselors will come dancing and cheering to welcome each and every camper!
Safety is our #1 priority during check-out. When you come to pick up your child, you will check in at the registration table, show ID and verify you have permission to pick up, and enter a line outside the gym. The director will greet you in this line and a co-counselor will then escort you to your child’s counseling group in order for you to check her/him out and meet the counselor. You will then be escorted out of the gym by the co-counselor.
PARENTS, PLEASE JOIN US FOR OUR CLOSING CEREMONY FRIDAY JUNE 15 AT 3:20 PM AT TRINITY EVANGELICAL FAMILY LIFE CENTER
